The DPC series single-stage (impact hammer) crusher also is one of our company's leading products, It is suitable to crush the limestone, marl, sandstone, shale, gypsum, coal whose compressive strength is less than 150MPa. It can crush the big picking ore to the needed granularity one time. So it can substitute for traditional two-stage crushing, simplify process flow and save investment.

The hammer head is made of AMC composite material which is at international level and is developed by our company independently. The life of super hammer head branded as "Big Gold Teeth" is 50-150% longer than that of hammer made from Mn18Cr2MoNbRe.

The reconstruction of crushing cavity with our patent of "stone strike stone" greatly increases the self-breakup rate of stones, which efficiently reduces the load of grate-shoe and hammer head.

The technology of WHM two-step super hard surface interspersed welding is introduced for the rotor. The life of weld beadis over two times than that ordinary anti-abrasion welding rads.

The main shaft is made of military gun steel with high strength the steel is made by means of vacuum double refining, whose strength is 4-5 times higher than that of ordinary shaft.
